As Adoption Coordinator, you will enjoy working with Committees and the public. You posess excellent communication skills both verbal and written and are well organized and task oriented.
You will directly manage all activities of the Adoption Committee, including orientation sessions
Adoption Coordinator will deal with the intake of animals and follow though the adoption process.
Working closely with the Foster Coordinator, you will assist in evaluation of all animals and suitability
for placement
An individual who can set goals that work toward the Mission Statement of the program is mandatory.
This position will require a self motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and an ability to deal with difficult situations. Preference will be given to those who have some experience in canine behaviour.

As the Volunteer Coordinator you will develop an active volunteer program for all aspects of the Charity. Directly manage all activities related to the recruitment, orientation, developmen,t and evaluation of the charity’s the volunteer program. Provide volunteer appreciation as well as planning and hosting annual volunteer recognition event. Foster environments in which all volunteers consider themselves part of achieving the mission statement of the program.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Experience in volunteer organizations with an emphasis on management . Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to work as part of a team are required.

Reporting directly to the Executive the Administrative Assistant oversees all established committees and coordinators and reports on committee activities to the executive.
As a leader in the program the Administrative Assistant will provide guidance, mentoring, and training as needed.
You are comfortable working independently or as a team, you offer excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous management experience required.

Edits and publishes a newsletter on a quarterly basis to keep individuals abreast of fundraiser's, upcoming events, educational topics, and other topics related to the TAGS program. Some experience in a related field would be an asset.

Fundraising Coordinator oversees the fundraising committee and reports on activities, upcoming events.
Fundraising coordinator, will be responsible for the organization, and implementation of fundraising events for the program.
You are an individual who is comfortable taking a leadership role, delegating tasks and
following up until completed.
Priority will be given to those who have a proven track record within the volunteer sector.
